View in Map RoomLayers display 2011-2012 health risk behaviour estimates using data from the CDC Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System. Data is available for all states, and for counties with over 20 total survey responses over the reporting period. Click the links to load maps depicting chronic disease prevalence (heart disease; asthma; stroke), tobacco use (cigarette use; quit attempt), preventative care (HIV/AIDS screening), and weight status (overweight; obesity).
