American Community Survey data for the 2011-15 five-year period has been processed and released! These updates replace previous indicator data from the 2010-2014 five-year period. Data from previous years is accessible via saved “static” reports, or by searching the Community Commons Map Room.

New data about clinical care among Medicare beneficiaries are available for 2014 (replacing data for 2012). Affected indicators: Clinical Care Breast Cancer Screening (Mammogram) Diabetes Management (Hemoglobin A1c Test) Preventable Hospital Events

Indicators displaying the percentage of population with low food access and population living in food deserts have been updated. The updated data were released in January 2017 and reflect conditions on the ground in 2015, replacing previous indicator data reflecting conditions 2010.

New 5-year average cancer incidence rates for 2009-2013 are now available (replacing data for 2008-2012). Breakouts are available by race and ethnicity.
