New SNAP indicator data and maps are now available for 2013 (replacing data for 2011). Time series data are now available for years 2005 through 2013.
County-level breakouts added to Reading Below Proficiency (US) indicator.
County-level estimates have been added to the Reading Below Proficiency indicator. Data are estimates from school district figures, obtained by proportionally weighting and then aggregating the data for each school district that intersects a county. School district weights are based on the school-aged population (5-17) from the 2010 Decennial Census.
New map and data table now available for the Population Receiving SNAP Benefit indicator from the US Census Bureau’s Small Area Income and Poverty Estimates (SAIPE) Program.
New data from the Census Bureau’s SAIPE program has been processed and released. New estimates are based on 2014 SNAP program data, replacing previous estimates which used 2013 program data. Affected Indicators: Social & Economic Factors Population Receiving SNAP Benefits
Correction made to US-level numerator and denominator values for Diabetes (Adult), Obesity, and Physical Inactivity indicators.
A calculation error causing the numerator and denominator values for US to be doubled was identified and corrected. Affected indicators: Health Behaviors Physical Inactivity Health Outcomes Diabetes (Adult) Obesity

HP2020 values removed from the Breast Cancer Incidence indicator table.
HP2020 values were removed from the Breast Cancer Incidence indicator table. HP2020 objective reports a benchmark of 42.1 for late-stage breast cancer. The CHNA platform indicator reports incidence rates of all breast cancer, and thus should not be compared to HP2020 objectives.
