Specifically, the terminology has changed from “Linguistically Isolated households” to “Limited English speaking households”. The characteristics used to identify these households are unchanged.

County-level estimates have been added to the Reading Below Proficiency indicator. Data are estimates from school district figures, obtained by proportionally weighting and then aggregating the data for each school district that intersects a county. School district weights are based on the school-aged population (5-17) from the 2010 Decennial Census.
New data on primary care utilization among Medicare beneficiaries are available for 2012 (replacing data for 2010). Time series data are now available for years 2008 through 2012.
