New maps and data now available for 3 indicators from the CDC National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (NCCDPHP).

New maps and data now available for 6 mortality indicators from the CDC WONDER Underlying Cause of Death Database.

New 5-year mortality rates for 2007-2011 are now available (replacing data for 2006-2010). Breakouts available by gender and by combined race/ethnicity. Single-year mortality rates for 2002 through 2011 have been added to display trends over time for states and the total US only. New maps and data now available for population demographic and socioeconomic characteristics from the US Census Bureau’s American Communuity Survey (ACS).

American Community Survey data for the 2011-15 five-year period has been processed and released! These updates replace previous indicator data from the 2010-2014 five-year period.

New map and data table now available for the Population Receiving SNAP Benefit indicator from the US Census Bureau’s Small Area Income and Poverty Estimates (SAIPE) Program.

New data from the Census Bureau’s SAIPE program has been processed and released. New estimates are based on 2013 SNAP program data, replacing previous estimates which used 2011 program data. Affected Indicators: Social & Economic Factors Population Receiving SNAP Benefits
